Reading Complicated Names

We've all had to pause mid-flow while reading to stutter over a name consisting of random letters that trigger a self-debate over pronunciation. Do you enjoy this? Does it add to the mysterious worlds the odd-named characters belong to? Should books with these names include a guide page at the beginning to assist those of us who change the sounds in our heads every time?
