Poetic Response

I wrote the following poem in response to The Bonnie Broukit Bairn by Hugh MacDiarmid. As the original poem is written in Scots, I used the opportunity to experiment using Dundonian, my native tongue - though I don't have much of an accent.
Is'nae Bonnie Dundee
Muckle blae blanket watters,
Hunners aw wee emerald farests,
The fest hum o nae’er-boredom,
Listen tae the tak of wir hame,
Cause a pity ye rocks wit nae life,
Am Earth, nae a pair sowel!
A will’nae weep ya glaikit bastard
Cause am nae a feardie.
How did I do? It was a struggle utilising native words that I don't commonly use, and I could not make the poem rhyme, but I'm not disappointed in the outcome.
How do you find writing in dialects?
